Idea and Challenge

Large companies with a large number of branches and centralized procurement management often face a resource-intensive process of monitoring the company’s internal resources: computers and laptops, tablets and phones, terminals, and so on.

To automate and simplify this process, a great idea arose: to create a mobile application for employees, which will periodically remind and require an inventory of the equipment entrusted to the responsible persons and immediately automatically send this information to a common database.

Solution and Implementation

At the first stage, interviews were conducted with key employees associated with the inventory of the company, and we collected requirements staples that employees can make when working with the application.

The team of analysts carefully analyzed the information received and made a list of the required functionality. Another important component was the simplicity and ease of use of the application – nothing more.

In parallel with writing the visual part of the application, our employees started working on its integration with the client’s database.
